Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

At Stellar Manager Pro, we want customers to clearly understand the conditions that apply to purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Stellar Manager Pro is a digital product that may become available immediately after payment is confirmed.

1. General Refund Request Period

Stellar provides a commercial refund request period of ten (10) calendar days, counted from the billing or transaction date recorded by Paddle.

Refund requests must be received within this period.

Once the 10-calendar-day period has expired, Stellar will not review or approve voluntary refund requests.

This limitation does not affect any mandatory legal rights available to the customer under applicable law, nor any decision Paddle may be required or entitled to make under its own policies, contractual obligations, or responsibilities as Merchant of Record.

2. Individual Review of Refund Requests

Submitting a refund request within the first 10 days does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request will be reviewed individually by Stellar’s responsible department, taking into account factors such as:

  • the reason for the request;

  • the number of days elapsed since the billing date;

  • the product or subscription plan purchased;

  • the extent to which the product has been used;

  • the existence of verifiable technical issues;

  • the actions taken by Stellar support;

  • transaction processing costs;

  • non-recoverable costs associated with the refund;

  • applicable Paddle policies;

  • and the customer’s legal rights under the laws of their country.

Downloading, installing, or activating Stellar Manager Pro does not by itself automatically disqualify a customer from requesting a refund.

Depending on the circumstances, Stellar may approve or recommend:

  • a full refund;

  • a partial refund;

  • another reasonable resolution;

  • or rejection of the refund request.

3. Full and Partial Refunds

Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the circumstances of each case.

When there is no legal obligation to provide a full refund, the final amount may be calculated by considering:

  • the time elapsed since the purchase or renewal;

  • the level of product usage;

  • services or features already used;

  • administrative costs associated with the transaction;

  • non-refundable payment-processing fees;

  • costs associated with processing the refund;

  • and any other non-recoverable costs directly related to the transaction.

Where justified and legally permitted, voluntary refunds may be subject to an administrative and processing deduction of up to 50% of the transaction amount.

This deduction will never apply where applicable law requires a full refund.

4. Technical Issues

If the customer experiences a significant technical issue that prevents proper use of a feature expressly included in the purchased plan, the customer must first contact our support team.

Stellar will make reasonable efforts to:

  1. identify the issue;

  2. determine its cause;

  3. provide a solution or reasonable workaround;

  4. and correct the issue where technically possible.

The existence of a technical problem does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Where a substantial issue is directly attributable to Stellar Manager Pro, prevents reasonable use of the purchased features, and our team is unable to provide an adequate solution, this will be taken into consideration when evaluating the refund request.

The request must still be submitted within the 10-day refund period unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Stellar Manager Pro subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing period selected at purchase.

Customers may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date in order to prevent future charges.

When a subscription is cancelled before the next renewal date, access will normally remain available until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for payments that have already been processed.

6. Automatic Renewals Already Processed

If a subscription renews automatically and the customer no longer wishes to continue using Stellar Manager Pro, the customer has ten (10) calendar days from the renewal billing date to submit a refund request for that renewal.

Refund requests received after this 10-day period will not be reviewed by Stellar as voluntary refund requests, unless a mandatory legal right applies.

Requests submitted within the 10-day period will be evaluated individually.

Submitting the request within 10 days does not guarantee a full refund.

Stellar may approve a full or partial refund after considering factors such as:

  • the number of days elapsed since the renewal;

  • use of Stellar after the renewal;

  • services or features used during that period;

  • administrative processing costs;

  • non-refundable transaction fees;

  • refund processing costs;

  • and any other reasonable cost directly related to the transaction.

Where justified and legally permitted, Stellar may apply a deduction of up to 50% of the renewed subscription amount.

This provision applies only to voluntary or discretionary refunds and will never limit a mandatory legal right to a full refund.

7. Paddle Fees, Processing Costs, and Refund Deductions

Payments for Stellar Manager Pro are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may generate costs associated with:

  • payment processing;

  • refund processing;

  • banking institutions;

  • card networks;

  • currency conversion;

  • Paddle or other payment providers;

  • and administrative management of the transaction.

Where these costs are not recovered by Stellar and applicable law allows them to be considered, they may be deducted when calculating a voluntary or discretionary refund.

Stellar will not voluntarily absorb third-party costs generated by a refund where those costs may legally be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.

Taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes will be handled by Paddle according to applicable tax rules and the characteristics of each transaction.

Where applicable law requires a full refund, no prohibited deductions will be made.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, card issuer, or payment provider, customers are encouraged to contact Stellar first so that the matter can be reviewed.

Chargebacks may generate additional costs for Stellar.

Where there are reasonable indications of fraud, misuse of the payment system, or a false claim, Stellar may:

  • temporarily suspend the license;

  • revoke access to the product;

  • provide Paddle with available information regarding the purchase, delivery, and use of the product;

  • and take other reasonable measures to defend the transaction.

This does not limit the customer’s legitimate right to dispute a transaction where legally appropriate.

9. License Revocation After a Refund

When a full refund is granted:

  • the associated license will be cancelled or revoked;

  • the customer will no longer be authorized to use features linked to that license;

  • access to updates, downloads, support, and related services may end;

  • and websites associated with that license may stop communicating with Stellar Manager Pro services.

License revocation is a direct consequence of refunding the amount paid for the corresponding software usage rights and is not an additional penalty.

Where a partial refund is granted, Stellar will determine whether the license remains active, is modified, is downgraded, or is revoked depending on the terms of the approved refund.

10. Fraud and Abuse of the Refund Process

Stellar may reject voluntary refund requests where there are reasonable indications of:

  • fraud;

  • repeated abuse of the refund process;

  • temporary use of the software with the intention of later requesting a refund;

  • false claims;

  • manipulation of information;

  • use of multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;

  • or any conduct intended to improperly obtain access to the product.

11. Refund Processing Through Paddle

Paddle processes Stellar Manager Pro payments and refunds as Merchant of Record.

Stellar may review a refund request and communicate the appropriate decision or recommendation to Paddle.

However, Paddle maintains its own policies, anti-fraud procedures, contractual obligations, and legal responsibilities toward the customer.

Accordingly, Paddle may take any action required under its own policies, contractual terms, or applicable law.

12. Mandatory Legal Rights

The 10-day period established by Stellar applies only to voluntary or discretionary refund requests offered by Stellar Manager Pro.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, reduce, or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the customer’s country.

Where applicable law grants the customer a longer period, a statutory withdrawal right, remedies for lack of conformity, or any other mandatory consumer protection, such law will prevail.

Any right or decision that Paddle is legally required to apply in its capacity as Merchant of Record will also prevail where applicable.

13. How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted through the Support panel located in the customer’s My Account area.

Requests submitted through other channels, including general contact forms, social media, messaging applications, or unrelated email addresses, may not be considered valid refund requests.

The customer must access their account, open the Support section, and submit the refund request from there using the relevant purchase or subscription information.

A voluntary refund request must be submitted within the first 10 calendar days from the corresponding billing date.

The transaction date and time recorded by Paddle will be used to determine whether the request was submitted within the applicable period.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account will depend on the payment method, banking institution, and payment provider involved.
